It's on the weekend of July 17th & 18th and we need your help to make sure it's a success.

The following jobs during the weekend need to be done:-

Race Director
Scrutineering - probably need 3 or 4 volunteers for this
Transmitter compound - probably need 2 or 3 volunteers for this
Timed Practice Time Keeper - just the one
Marshalls during Practice - as many as we can get
Relief Marshalls - as many as we can get
Litter Picker - not glamorous at all, but essential none the less

If you want to help out, please register your help onthis forum. But please, if you say you are going to help, please see that offer through. Scrutineers need to be there from about 8:00am...

I will help for both days, I'll do any job you need doing.  I could see to litter and toilets and do relief marchelling And also make sure the gates are closed during racing ECT.

Good man.

I would like to uphold the tradition of providing some marshalls for the practice session which is early on each day.  Hopefully the meeting will be full so relief marshalling through the day should be minimal.

Although there is always plenty of "shifts" available in the scrutineering and transmitter control pound.

We also have to have enough people on hand so we can make emergency track repairs, in the 2min gap between races, if required.
