Southport Radio Car Club AGM 2010

This year, the AGM will be held on Sunday 21st March 2010 at Formby High School.

The meeting will start at 10:00  and will last for no more than 2 hours. We will then get as much racing in as we can in the time left.

Again, I expect that there will be a lot to discuss. This is your time to have an input into the running of your club, so please make sure you attend.  Only subscribed club members are permitted into the AGM and only subscribed members are allowed to vote.

If you would like to propose a change to the rules and regulations of the club, or if you have a suggestion that you would like to put forwards, please use the Online Proposal Form or download the proposal form from the website. All proposals must be returned no later than Sunday 28th February 2010.

There are going to be some changes in the Committee structure this year as I will not be standing for the post of Chairman for example, so my post is vacant - and that of all the other posts are eligible for re-election once more this year. If you would like to take an active part in running the club and wish to stand for one of the “official” positions, please feel free to do so. Ideally you will need a “proposer” and a “seconder” however, you can express your interest on the day and then a vote can be held.
